1. Macro Environment: The external geopolitical landscape remains volatile, while domestic macroeconomic policies implemented since April are gradually taking effect; overall market sentiment has improved, resulting in a price fluctuation of 20–40 RMB for galvanized steel coils this week. 2. Supply Side: Hot metal output increased by 0.12 million tons to reach 2.3938 million tons; conversely, the output of the "Big Five" steel product categories declined by 0.0315 million tons to 8.5533 million tons. Consequently, supply is expected to remain stable or trend slightly downward in the near future. 3. Demand Side: Total inventory for the "Big Five" categories fell by 0.4824 million tons to 17.6468 million tons, while apparent demand rose by 0.0756 million tons to 9.0357 million tons; however, actual end-user demand remains slow to recover. 4. Raw Materials: Iron ore supply remains ample, and steel mills continue to exert downward pressure on prices while replenishing their inventories; meanwhile, spot prices for coking coal and coke have halted their decline and stabilized.
