Substrate Revolution: Anti-corrosion Fortress of Metal Skeleton

1. Aluzinc steel sheet substrate
Aluminum (55%): Forms a dense aluminum oxide film (Al₂O₃) upon contact with oxygen, blocking moisture corrosion (self-healing and rust prevention)
Zinc (43.4%): Provides sacrificial anodic protection, allowing scratches to corrode the zinc layer rather than the steel.
Silicon (1.6%): Enhances coating adhesion
*Corrosion resistance = 6 times that of ordinary galvanized steel* (salt spray test > 4800 hours without red rust)

2. Anti-fingerprint back coating
The back is coated with a clear or green anti-fingerprint liquid for further corrosion protection.

Surface armor: physical barrier of high-temperature sintered colored sand

Traditional organic paint tiles

colored stone tiles, basalt colored sand layer

Ultraviolet degradation → fading in 2-5 years

>1300°C sintered colored sand

Rainwater erosion → coating peeling

Mohs hardness ≥7 (comparable to quartz)

Thermal expansion and contraction → cracking

>30-year color retention (ASTM G154)

Scientific Principle:

The gaps between colored sand particles create an insulating air layer (reducing substrate temperature fluctuations).

The mineral crystal structure reflects 90% of UV rays (delaying substrate aging).

Structural Mechanics: Triple Defense System

Wind-resistant

Self-locking design + wind-resistant clips (resistant to 62 m/s typhoons)
>3 times the wind resistance of traditional tiles (ASTM D3161)

Impact resistance

Colored sand layer provides energy absorption and cushioning, while steel plate provides tough support

Fire safety

Non-combustible inorganic colored sand + flame-retardant metal substrate
Meets Class A fire protection standards (GB8624)

FAQ

Q: Will the colored stones chip off?

A:No. Our stones are fused at 200°C and backed by a 10-year no-loss warranty.

Q:Is it good for hurricanes?
A: Yes! With hidden screws + interlock design, it withstands 180mph winds.

Q:Can I install over old shingles?
A:Mostly yes!
Works over asphalt/concrete roofs if:
✔️ Slope > 15°
✔️ No water damage
✖️ Max 2 layers

Q: Why better than plain metal?
A: 3 Big Wins:
• Quiet: Rain sounds like whispers .
• Cool: Reflects 90% heat.
• Tough: Stops hail dents

Q:How often to maintain?
A: Almost zero!
Just check after big storms.

Never pressure wash!
