1) A continuous hot-dip galvanizing process produces color Aluminium Coil with a cold-rolled steel strip as the substrate. It is a coated steel sheet with excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. After the cold-rolled sheet is aluminium-plated, its service life can be extended. 15-20 years.

Unrolling→Stitching machine→Entrance Loop→Pretreatment→Initial Coating→Bake→Cool Down→Fine coting→bake→Embossed film→Export loop→Inspection station→Cut →Coiling
