1)what is galvalume steel coil?
Since its inception, the hot-dip galvalume steel coil has been widely used in various industries such as construction and home appliances. Due to the continuous expansion of the scope of use, the formability and various properties of the product continue to improve, so some properties are better than hot-dip galvanized steel coil.
The Hot-dip galvalume steel coil uses various strengths and thicknesses of cold-rolled steel coil sheet as the base material, and the AL-Zn composite galvalume steel sheet is obtained by hot-dip plating. Its composition is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon, and appropriate trace elements.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GALVANIZED STEEL AND GALVALUME STEEL
1. Different materials
Galvanized sheet: To prevent the surface of the steel sheet from being corrupted and prolong its service life, paint a zinc layer on the surface of the steel sheet.
Galvalume steel sheet: The surface is uniquely smooth, flat, and gorgeous starflower, and the base color is silver-white. Its surface coating comprises 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon.
2. Different service life
The unique coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance, and the average service life of the galvalume sheet is 2-4 times that of the ordinary galvanized sheet.
3. Characteristics of Galvalume/GL/Aluzinc steel sheet

Corrosion resistance: The atmospheric corrosion resistance and moisture gas corrosion resistance of the galvalume steel sheet are better than the galvanized steel sheet. It can be used in various internal and external building materials and parts.
