Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Coil Bending Test
The bending test is the main item to measure the process performance of the thin plate, but the requirements of various galvanized sheets are not consistent with the national standards. For example, the American standards do not require bending and tensile tests except for the structural level. On the other hand, bending tests are required in Japan except for structural grade, corrugated building board, and general corrugated board.
Requirements: It generally requires that after the galvanized sheet is bent 180, the outer surface of the zinc layer must not be detached, and the board base must not be cracked or broken.
