Zinc-aluminum-magnesium is an alloy coating in plated steel products. The mass fraction of metal elements in the coating is 53% aluminum, 43% zinc, 2% magnesium, 1.5% silicon and other elements.

Zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel sheet, as the primary material of the roof panel of the steel structure enclosure system, replaces the first-generation galvanized steel sheet and the second-generation galvanized steel sheet, with corrosion resistance and long service life.


Appearance: The surface of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate has a crystallized tiny spangle texture, and the neatly arranged tiny spangles make the appearance of the plated product more natural and delicate. The particular resin protective film coated on the surface keeps the product's surface smooth and metallic. The spangles of the Al-Zn-Mg steel sheet are more acceptable and uniform than that of the Al-Zn-Mg steel sheet.


Features: The zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating has anti-corrosion properties, and the various metal elements in the alloy coating work together to reduce the surface coating consumption rate of the coated steel product. At the same time, the corrosion resistance of the cut section of the coated steel product is also improved. In most cases, the performance is better than that of galvanized steel with the same amount of coating and also better than galvanized steel. The service life of Al-Zn-Mg steel plate in the general environment is more than 30 years.


The principle of zinc-aluminum-magnesium corrosion resistance: the zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate using activation technology, zinc in the alloy coating provides sacrificial protection, aluminum provides passivation protection, the addition of magnesium activates the alloy coating, and cooperates with zinc and aluminum to reduce the coating. The speed of consumption forms an insulating protective layer on the incision and section; it provides barrier protection inside the coating, which significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the coated steel.
