● Resistant to acid rain
Coating protection mechanism: In an environment with high levels of pollutants such as industrial waste gas, acid rain is easy to form. Acid rain forms acid penetration on the surface of the colored steel plate, accelerating the corrosion of ordinary coating substrates, forming blistering, peeling, and other phenomena.
● Sun resistance
Coating protection mechanism: Under the condition of strong sunlight and ultraviolet rays, the paint will appear powdery and denatured, and the paint will quickly decrease, showing fading and loss of gloss. Humidity and heat resistance Coating protection mechanism: In a high temperature and humid environment, the high osmotic pressure of water vapor will accelerate the penetration of water molecules on the surface of ordinary coatings, thereby forming corrosion to the substrate, forming bubbles and peeling.
