1）what is a galvalume steel coil?
The galvanized surface is smooth and has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. Its atmospheric corrosion resistance is 2-6 times higher than hot-dip galvanized sheets with the same coating thickness. At the same time, it has similar high-temperature corrosion resistance to hot-dip galvanized sheets. Alloy coated steel sheet can be used for a long time at a high temperature as high as 315℃ and for long-term use at a temperature of 500℃～600℃; it has good water resistance and soil corrosion resistance, and its water corrosion resistance is better than hot-dip galvanized steel and hot-dip galvanized steel. The aluminum sheet's soil corrosion resistance is better than the hot-dip galvanized sheet; it has excellent paintability and good processing performance. Its workability and weldability are similar to hot-dip galvanized sheets. It can be processed by cold bending, stamping, etc. Good appearance.

The difference between galvanized sheets and galvanized sheets is mainly the difference in the coating. The galvanized sheet surface is evenly distributed with a layer of zinc material, which acts as anode protection for the base material, that is to say, the alternative corrosion protection of zinc material. In addition to using the base metal, the base metal inside can only be damaged when the zinc is completely corroded.
The aluminized zinc sheet surface coating comprises 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and a small number of other elements. The aluminized zinc coating surface is a honeycomb structure under the microscopic view, and the "honeycomb" made of aluminum contains zinc. So, although the aluminum-zinc coating also plays the role of anode protection, on the one hand, due to the zinc content reduction, on the other hand, the zinc material is wrapped in aluminum. It isn't easy to electrolyze, so the role of anode protection is reduced more. Therefore, once aluminum is plated, The zinc plate is cut, and it will rust soon when the cut edge is basically lost and protected. Therefore, the aluminum-zinc plate should be cut as little as possible. Once cut, the edge can be protected by applying anti-rust or zinc-rich paint. The service life of the plate is extended long.
