About Color aluminium coil sheet
1) A continuous hot-dip galvanizing process produces color aluminium coil sheet with a cold-rolled steel strip as the substrate. It is a coated steel sheet with excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. After the cold-rolled sheet is aluminum-plated, its service life can be extended. 15-20 years.
The advantages of color aluminum plate compared with galvanized/galvalume steel sheet
1.Long service life: 15um paint film on the front and 5um paint film on the back of the color aluminum plate can be used for more than 20 years in inland areas, while the color steel plate with a service life of 10 years needs a surface zinc layer thickness of 60g, and a front 20um paint film (silicon calcium paint), 10um paint film on the back.
2. Good surface effect: Due to the characteristics of the aluminum plate, the surface has no texture. The paint coating process determines that the surface of the color aluminum product is smooth and flat, it will not adhere to dirt during use, and the color is bright. Due to the process surface of the galvanized substrate, the color steel plate will have spangles and stretch marks. After painting, the surface texture is darker, and the light-colored paint will even reveal the background color of the spangles when it is covered, which affects the appearance.
