High-Durability Al-Zn Alloy Coated Coil

The composition of Aluzinc steel coil is 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. Because of the high aluminum content, it has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and oxidation resistance, and is widely used in building roofs, home appliance housings, industrial equipment, automotive parts, and other fields.

 

- Production process: Through a continuous hot-dip process, the steel plate is immersed in a molten aluminum-zinc alloy liquid to form a uniform and dense coating.
- Core advantages: The corrosion resistance is 2-6 times higher than that of traditional galvanized steel, and it has both the weather resistance of aluminum and the cathodic protection characteristics of zinc.

- Fingerprint Resistant (FR):
