The difference for big Spangle, small Spangle, zero spangles of galvanized sheet
Normal spangles (small spangles, big spangles, zero spangles) are hot-dip galvanized steel sheets tare hot-dipped in the presence of antimony or lead in the zinc solution.
During the normal solidification process, the zinc grains are white from long, Largely formed coated boards with evident spangle morphology. The normal hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is mainly used in an exposed way. Spangle galvanized sheet, and zero spangles galvanized sheet is only different in appearance, but not in quality. Therefore, hot-dip galvanized steel (small Spangle, large Spangle, zero spangles) is the same.
1. Zero Spangle
Adding spangles to promote elements in the zinc solution, zero spangles are formed when the zinc layer is solidified, the grains are lovely, smooth, and smooth, so it is called a zero spangle product. In addition, it has excellent corrosion resistance and good coating performance.
2. Big Spangle
Spangle-promoting elements are added to the zinc solution so that when the coating solidifies, a beautiful spangle is formed. In the initial use stage, the appearance performance is good, but the grains are coarse, and there are subtle irregularities.
3. Small Spangle
There is no strict definition of small zinc flower products. Generally, the products with smaller zinc flowers are called small zinc flower products. The small spangle product has the same ingredients as the big spangle product. To overcome the defect of the poor coating performance of the large spangle product, various methods are used to suppress the growth of the Spangle during cooling, and it is best to form a small diameter spangle. The coating performance is excellent since it neither has a mirror-like smooth surface like a large spangle nor is it as smooth as a spangle-free product.
