Stone Coated Metal Roof Tile is made of galvalume steel sheet as base material, anti-fingerprint coating, colored sand, and acrylic resin.
1) The medium galvalume steel sheet is made of an electroplating solution composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. Its workability and paintability are the same as those of the galvanized steel sheet.
2) The surface of the galvalume steel sheet with anti-fingerprint coating. The anti-fingerprint coating plays the role of protecting the aluminum-zinc layer. And, the anti-fingerprint coating can make the aluminum-zinc steel plate and the colored sand better bond. The anti-fingerprint coating color is divided into colorless transparent and light green.
