PRODUCT DETAIL
1）PPGI coil sheet
On the continuous unit, the galvanized steel strip and the galvanized steel strip (electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized) are used as the substrate, and the surface is pretreated (degreased and learned) and then coated with one or more layers by the method of roller coating. Liquid paint, the plate obtained after baking and cooling, is the coated steel plate.
2）Production process
Welding →Inlet Looper→Pre-treatment→Primer coat→Baking→Cooling→Uncoiling→Finish coat→Baking→Embossed or film→QC→Coiling.

DOUBLE-COATED AND DOUBLE-BAKED
