1）PPGI Steel Coil
Color-coated steel sheets are based on cold-rolled steel sheets and galvanized and galvanized steel sheets. After surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), coatings are applied continuously (roller coating method) and after baking and cooling products.
2）Production process
Unrolling → Stitching machine → Entrance loop → Pretreatment → Initial coating → Bake → Cool down → Fine coating → Bake → Embossed film → Export loop → Inspection station → Cut → Coiling
